If I died tonight,
No one would really care,
I doubt that anyone would notice,
If I wasn't there.
There wouldn't be anyone looking,
For where my crumpled body lay,
Nobody would give a damn,
If they didn't see me today.
If I take this blade,
Go a little too deep,
Nobody would notice,
If I didn't wake from my sleep.
Not a single soul,
Will miss me if I go,
Not a single tear will fall,
This I truly know.
It's all because I'm a nobody girl,
I mean nothing to people I meet,
I'm the face nobody remembers,
To my best friend a stranger in the street.

Who was unafraid to live and enjoy her life?
That girl whose eyes were lovely and bright?
Who believed the only limit was the sky?

Girl I Once Knew.
Dear girl I once knew,
Your face was bright as flames.
Your voice would make the morning birds cry.
You made me laugh,
you made me smile,
you made me cry.
You said not to waste my tears on you.
But I could not help myself.
I knew that no matter what I said,
you would not listen,
you would not care.
I wanted you to know how much I cared.
I wanted you to understand.
But I could not spill those words.
Now you are dead,
you bleed out your thoughts from that metal monster.
Your body lies six feet under,
I will never see your burning face,
or hear your voice.
You never learned what I had to say.
You never heard my confessions.

I know a girl thats locked up inside,
Has the pain in her heart,
And dies each day.
She waits to find love
but when she does it wears away.
She finds herself unliked in every way.
All tho people tell her shes perfect she doesnt believe theyre lies.
she needs to open up her heart and leave her foolish ways.
she needs to stop hurting herself making herself cry each day.
she needs to love herself in every possible way.
cuz theres no reason why this girl is unhappy.
She only feels unliked....
